Front Of House Information

Front of House staff is included in the rental rate. These volunteers are managed by a professional Front of House Manager. We have a pool of some 130 volunteers to draw upon so there are always people available. These volunteers are trained to be aware of the safety of the audience as well as excellent customer service. They will make every attempt to make your event successful and pleasant for your audience.

We provide the following staff

• ushers
• ticket takers
• bartenders
• concession
• merchandise sales

Merchandise sales are subject to a charge of 15% of gross sales less taxes.
We also provide coffee service for seminars and bar service for receptions.
If needed, we can make arrangements for security guards to be brought in. There is a charge for this service.

Amenities in our lobby include

• the wine and beer bar-high balls can be served on request
• a satellite bar serving wine and beer only
  
• the coffee garden for coffee, soft drinks, cookies, etc.

We serve Okanagan wines from local wineries and domestic beers.
